Standard Configuration

1. Metal Surface:

   • Utilizes double coating technology with an epoxy resin protective film and resin powder coating for superior rust prevention, both internally and externally.
   • The surface undergoes electrophoretic electrostatic spraying, meeting municipal testing institution standards.

2. Rocker System:

   • The rocker rod features a bidirectional protection screw with an oil limit position.
   • Each rocker has an independent bearing capacity of ≥700KG.

3. Bedside Fence System:

   • Equipped with a one-button bedside guardrail made of aluminum alloy.
   • Phosphating electrophoresis surface treatment is applied, with the upper and lower switch seats made of aviation zinc alloy to ensure durability, anti-bacterial properties, corrosion resistance, and resistance to acid and alkali.
