BFU

Introduction：

BFU adopts the clean and safety theory of modern large area new clean room, inhales air from the top, and then filters the air out. BFU is ceiling type air supply. It is often used as a purification unit in the relatively low purification level purification workshop, because its air outlet speed is larger. Under the condition that the air inlet volume of the low level workshop is smaller, it is easier than FFU to make the workshop mixed flow and reduce the self-cleaning time.

• BFU is an upgraded replacement of FFU and HEPA filter box, it is a modular terminal air supply device with its own power and filtering effect.
• BFU adopts the clean and safe theory of modern large- area new clean room, inhaling the air from the top, and then filtering the air out. BFU is a ceiling-type air supply unit. It is mostly used in purification workshops with relatively low purification levels. Because of its large air outlet velocity, it is easier than FFU to mix flow in the workshop when the air intake volume of low-level workshops is small, and reduce self-cleaning time.
• BFU is a ceiling mounted unit with an internal fan used in turbulent and laminar flow clean rooms. It is one of the quieter, better priced units on the market.
• BFU can deliver high-quality air for clean room, and have good air flow pattern. It is suitable for manufacturers of semi conductors, electronics, flat panel displays and disk drives, as well as optical, biological industries and other places with strict control requirements for air pollution.

1. According to material: Powder coated steel, Polish SUS 201/304/316; Mirror SUS 201/304/316
2. According to air supply requirements: Side Air Supply, side flange air inlet and lower diffuser plate air supply. Top Air Supply. top flange air inlet, lower diffuser plate air supply.
3. According to flange: square flange duct, round flange duct.
4. According to valve: Square manual control valve. Round manual control valve. Bottom regulating valve;
5. According to diffuser: mesh steel plate, mesh/louver hole steel plate, gauze uniform flow film, louvers, etc.
